Washington: Does the President of the United States, George Walker Bush, love his attorney general Alberto Gonzales to „major distraction“ (1)?
Must be.
But does his party, too? Obviously not. They all like to be reelected in the Republican Party, as it should be. A certain wish Bush cannot sympathize with, as it should be.So why is Gonzales still in charge of the Department of Justice? Is there any explanation about that?
The top law enforcement official of the USA fired eight federal prosecutors for political purposes. Isn´t that enough to get rid of him?
What else do a political party need if it´s about political survival?
One of the major urban legends in western democracies is that the political Left always wants to lose. Bush has turned the tides.
Now it´s about sinking into a deep white hole that used to be a house. Where does this end?
Will it lead to Pentagon contractor Brent Wilkes again and the funny Party, sorry, a funny party this man used to celebrate with Kyle „Dusty“ Foggo, Chief of CIA Operations, and Republican Randy „Duke“ Cunningham in the Watergate Hotel? Federal prosecutor Carol Lam was investigating that case and got fired by Gonzales. FBI-Chief Robert Mueller was involved in that, ignoring protests by the FBI in San Diego.
Where does this end? And when?
If Democrats are smart…no, just forget about that.
If (all) Democrats would be smart, President Bush would not be President any more. This administration is ruining the United States, morally, financially, politically and militarily. Only those, who are running for some kind of „North America Union“ can find an idea in that.
If there are some good old patriots left in the Republican Party they should act, and they should act now, because time is running really short.
This US government is willing and still able to start a new war just to keep things and budgets running, as long as the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Peter Pace stay passive. US troops suffer, while Shadow Armies are undermining the US Military, which has become only one of the pawns in that private war chess the Bush/Cheney administration has been playing for years.
Where does this end? And when?
