One of the most important independent group of researchers, http://cooperativeresearch.org/ is drying out. They need money, not for their work, just to continue it. Servers, software and all that stuff you must have in a worldwide media that has been provided crucial informations and timelines for each and everyone building up an essential part of freedom and democracy: a free press, space for free speech and finally the butterfly that makes the lightstorm – a public intelligence in the international fight against war and terror. The team of Cooperative Research.org:
„In January we raised enough money to get us through the end of May, but since then we‘ve been operating in the red and our debt has accrued to about $15,000. We were unable to do a fundraiser in May because our server had been pushed to its limits by the increase in traffic and the surge in contributor activity, and as a result the site was relatively unstable. After optimizing the software that runs the site and upgrading to a faster server, everything is running extremely smoothly now. At the same time, our daily output of timeline entries has nearly doubled, so finacially we‘ve fallen way behind. We no longer have the funds to support the 9/11 Timeline project and other important investigations. We can only run the site on our credit card for a few more weeks.“
